Extensive experience with all aspects of computers and Internet, including HTML, Java, Novell, Networking, UNIX, Windows 95, NT, 3.1, some knowledge of C++. Computer Graphics programs used include Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, POV-Ray, as well as several 3D graphics packages. 
Field experience on three Archaeological digs.

Created graphics and webpages for Youngstown State University; edited existing webpages.

Production Artist, Signets Inc.; June 1999 - August 1999

Involved in all aspects of signmaking, including typesetting, plotting machine, touch-up painting. Large project included making signs for Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Buyer, Astro Shapes; July 1998 - December 1998

Purchased, expedited, and negotiated all supplies for 500-employee company. Webmaster for the company Intranet, collaborated with MIS Department on methods of importing/exporting data from Oracle to HTML pages.  Instructed MIS Manager in writing of HTML.  Organized Salvation Army food and clothing drive.

Created extensive web page for the hospital.

Mainframe Computer Operator, Heckett Multiserv; July 1997 - December 1997

Worked with and upgraded IBM 4361 to an AS400, to resolve Y2K incompatibility.  Developed technical support line, through which any branch of company could call in with computer problems.

Webmaster, Slippery Rock University; February 1997 - September 1997

Edited SRU webpages, answered Tech Support help line. Assisted students and faculty over the phone in diagnosing and solving all computer problems.  Conducted inter-college computing and technology seminar.

Projects  

2000 Currently working on an Archaeological dig of a pre-Civil War general store.
99-00 Highly involved with the Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval re-creation group.  Projects include calligraphy and illumination, spinning wool, weaving, and costuming.  Received Purple Fret, an award for service, as well as 3rd place in competitions for calligraphy, bookbinding, and costuming.  Newsletter editor and Webmaster for the local group.  
1998 Worked on an Archaeological dig at a 1900’s-era house.   
1994 Worked on an Archaeological dig at a Northeastern Ohio Indian settlement.
